Portal

The unit shall be responsible for day-to-day operations of all portals of the University with appointed Desk-Officer for each portal by the Head of portal team who must not be below the rank of Deputy Director.  This unit must interact with Software and Applications Development, Web, Mail Services and Help-desk units from time to time in ensuring quality of service.
